Beginner
3 Min Easy Pace - Should be able to hold a conversation during easy pace runs
3 Min Walk
10 X (2 min Easy pace with 1 min walk)
4 Min Walk

Intermediate
30 Min Easy Pace
6 Strides- 20-30 seconds of accelerated running, it's not an all out sprint
